- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or an MBA. - Full professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish. - Proven experience in Operations Management +8 years, ideally within a global environment, tech or creative industry. - Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to connect authentically with diverse profiles and build collaborative relationships. - Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to confidently engage internal teams, deliver updates to global stakeholders, and represent our studio within the industry network. - A sharp focus on detail and high standards, combined with a strong service-oriented approach to ensure the studio runs smoothly and remains a productive, inspiring workplace for our creative teams. - Understanding of project management principles to structure, track, and deliver cross-functional initiatives. - Strong capability in generating metrics, analyzing operational data, and implementing continuous improvement frameworks. - Exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team establishing a collaborative culture and a genuine passion for people, inclusive leadership, and talent development. - Knowledge of Business Intelligence and the application of intelligent technologies to drive operational efficiency, process automation, and streamlined administrative workflows.
