- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the entertainment, media, VFX, animation, or creative industries. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. - Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial information. - CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification is considered an asset.
