Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience in Mobile Software Engineering, focusing on scalable architecture and development. Proficiency in Kotlin or Java, developing for the Android Platform and relevant frameworks. Prior experience in the complete Android Development lifecycle (design, testing, signing, releasing, fixing). Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. Understanding of Android’s design principles and interface guidelines. Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
