About the Casino, Frontend Gaming and Compliance team
The Casino Frontend Gaming & Compliance team builds the customer experience behind one of the most business-critical areas of our entertainment platform. The team creates seamless, high-performance experiences that enable players to discover, launch and interact with tens of thousands of games, as we expand into 13 regulated markets. As the platform continues to expand with new game providers and markets, the focus is on building scalable, reusable frontend architecture that supports consistent experiences while meeting evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.
You'll play a key role in uplifting engineering excellence across the team: driving frontend architecture and best practices, building performant and maintainable user experiences, influencing technical direction, mentoring engineers across the organisation, and getting hands-on with complex UI challenges, scalability, and technical debt.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend focus. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript fundamentals. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), modern frontend architecture, and testing frameworks. Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and influencing frontend architecture. Experience designing scalable systems, not just implementing features. Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end. Experience working in cross-team environments requiring alignment and standardisation. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams. Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic leadership responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Gaming experience will be a great bonus.
