The role entails providing first and second-line IT support, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various devices and managing user accounts across systems. Responsibilities also include physical network tasks, server and network equipment maintenance, inventory management, and continuous development of the local IT infrastructure.

- Secondary (higher, special etc.) education. - At least 2 year experience in supporting user IT devices hardware and software. - Excellent fluent written and spoken Spanish and English. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Ability to create structured documentation. - Teamwork skills, ability to take decisions, solve problems independently and in the team and work under high pressure working conditions. - Fundamental IT skills – hardware, OS, applications, networking, security. - Experience in deployment and support of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux operating systems, and business software. - Experience using and managing workstations in heterogeneous environment, remote management services, filesharing, collaboration, e-mail and directory services. - Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles. - Certifications on IT systems administration/support preferred. - Enterprise employment experience preferred.
