**About the Role
**We are looking for a strong and visionary Design Lead to take ownership of the creative direction, quality standards, and operational efficiency of Evoplay’s design function.
This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who combines exceptional visual taste with strong management skills and the ability to build scalable creative processes. You will lead a multidisciplinary design team and play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our products, marketing campaigns, and corporate brand.
As Design Lead, you will work closely with the CMO and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that all creative output is strategically aligned, visually outstanding, and delivered efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative production.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
• Proven experience building processes and managing creative operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience in iGaming, gaming, tech, or entertainment industries is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers, illustrators, and motion specialists.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Build a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and elevate the overall capability of the team.

Creative Direction

• Set and maintain high visual and conceptual standards across all design outputs.
• Review and approve key creative concepts and final deliverables.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Drive innovative and impactful creative solutions.

Process & Resource Management

• Optimize workflows, planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Establish scalable design processes, templates, and quality control systems.
• Improve delivery speed while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in the design workflow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Product, KAM and Sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
• Support strategic initiatives, product launches, conferences, and promotional campaigns.

Strategic Contribution

• Contribute to the long-term evolution of Evoplay's brand and creative capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Build a world-class design function capable of supporting the company's global growth.
