The Strategic Recruiting Programs team plays an integral role in connecting the business to talent via early career and strategic sourcing programs. We are looking for Sourcing Recruiters to focus on our priority roles and strategic sourcing programs to proactively identify and recruit top talent for business-critical roles at Nintendo.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This contract position includes the base pay range listed below and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits include eligibility for medical insurance, employee assistance program, and paid sick leave. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
Pay range:
$55—$75 USD
- 5+ years of experience sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment). - 3+ years of experience recruiting passive candidates for technical roles - Knowledgeable in sourcing tools, social media, emerging technologies, and techniques utilized for identifying highly qualified talent to drive results - Have curiosity and strong market research skills with the ability to create customized value proposition to attract and connect with talent - Strong organization and communication skills - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships - Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow - Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent
