MANAGER-TALENT DEVELOPMENT ROLE
Are you a talent development leader who enjoys building great content, facilitating meaningful learning experiences that drive impact, and helping others do the same?
In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for creating and delivering talent development solutions that help employees and leaders grow. You'll work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and your team to ensure programs, workshops, resources, and tools are practical, engaging, and aligned to business needs.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time coaching and developing your team while also creating content, facilitating learning experiences, consulting with stakeholders, and shaping the strategy behind enterprise talent development programs. Success in this role requires strong judgment, learning expertise, and a commitment to high-quality work that is clear, actionable, and ready for employees and leaders to use.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range:
$120,900—$217,650 USD
At least eight (8) years of progressive experience driving business outcomes through the strategy, design, facilitation, and delivery of talent development, learning, organization development, or related HR programs and resources.At least three (3) years of people leadership experience, including setting direction, assigning work, developing employees, providing coaching and feedback, driving accountability, and ensuring high-quality execution through others.Demonstrated success leading and developing teams responsible for the design and delivery of learning, talent development, or organizational development solutions in a corporate environment.Excellent understanding of talent development practices and strategy in a corporate setting, adult learning principles, learning design, facilitation, and talent program delivery.Experience and proven effectiveness designing, developing, and facilitating high-quality learning experiences, content, and resources that translate complex business, leadership, and organizational topics into clear, practical, and actionable guidance.Experience and proven effectiveness reviewing, coaching, and elevating the work of others, ensuring content, facilitation, and program delivery consistently meet high standards of quality, professionalism, and business relevance.Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences, establish credibility, and connect learning content to meaningful business outcomes.Experience designing development solutions that balance participant engagement with measurable business impact, ensuring learning experiences are relevant, practical, and aligned to organizational priorities.Experience serving as a trusted consultative partner to business and HR leaders, assessing needs and translating them into effective development solutions.Experience leading enterprise or company-wide programs with notable complexity, including strategy development, execution planning, stakeholder management, and change adoption.Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems using sound judgment, data, feedback, and business context to develop practical recommendations and solutions.Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
