The Discovery, Personalization & Promotions team supports high-priority business initiatives across merchandising and marketing for our PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Store, and Hardware verticals. Our mission is to build scalable and dynamic commercial capabilities, enabling personalized player experiences at scale.
We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager who will drive our roadmap for commercial tooling and capabilities, focusing on pricing, promotions, and personalization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Commercial team, internal stakeholders, and external consultants to develop and operationalize innovative solutions. Your primary focus will be enabling high-impact commercial strategies and tactics through structured, scalable enterprise workflows and partner-facing tools.
Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for enterprise enablement products for pricing/offers and personalization
Partner with internal commercial stakeholders and external consultants to clearly capture requirements and translate them into effective product solutions.
Work closely with Program Management to oversee product delivery, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to deliver intuitive and scalable tooling.
Coordinate with Global Legal teams to ensure solutions are compliant and optimized for global deployment.
Drive alignment and clear communication across multiple stakeholder groups, including presenting strategic plans and progress to senior management.
Establish clear KPIs and ensure product performance is monitored, analyzed, and continuously improved.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of product management experience, specifically in internal enterprise or B2B software products.
Demonstrated leadership and delivery of complex programs in matrixed organizations, capable of collaboratively & autonomously driving progress
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business teams, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex enterprise solutions (B2B / SaaS or marketplace products).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in agile methodologies and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a product role building enterprise enablement solutions (B2B / SaaS, marketplace products)
Experience with Price & Proposition management or Personalization systems and tools a plus
E-commerce expertise
At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$154,800—$232,200 USD
