As an I-Gaming Pitboss, you will be responsible for overseeing live game operations and ensuring a professional and engaging experience is conducted by the Live Dealers and Shufflers in a streaming environment.

Must adhere to multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies. Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers, correcting mistakes and ensuring compliance. Demonstrate mastery of all company games, assisting with presentation and shuffling. Monitor and resolve technical disruptions in the studio. Collaborate with management on performance testing. Handle and escalate guest complaints professionally. Maintain professionalism and attend required training. Support Site Manager in daily tasks and lead communication/conflict resolution. Must have a High School Diploma/GED, be 21+ years old, possess at least 1 year of customer service experience and basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. Basic computer skills are required, along with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and obtain Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
