Playtech‘s Poker Unit is looking for a proactive  Product Manager who enjoys turning ideas into innovative products to join our team. 

Your influential mission. You will... 

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the execution of Playtech Poker’s product strategy and roadmap.
• Define product requirements, write clear specifications and prioritize the product backlog.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery.
• Turn customer, operator and market insights into product improvements.
• Monitor product performance using key KPIs and analytics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support successful feature launches while ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into valuable product solutions.
• Continuously improve the player experience and strengthen Playtech Poker’s competitive position.

Components for success. You...

• Have proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Demonstrate success delivering digital products from discovery through launch.
• Can translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Use product metrics, KPIs, and customer insights to drive product decisions.
• Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience within the iGaming industry is a plus.

POKER UNIT

The Playtech Poker Unit owns the strategy, development, delivery and operations of Playtech's B2B online poker platform. As one of the industry's leading poker networks, we partner with gaming operators to deliver fully branded, configurable poker solutions across multiple regulated markets. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with licensees to develop innovative features, tailor the platform to market needs and continuously evolve the product to deliver the best possible player experience.
