Process monthly payroll information to an external vendor accurately and in compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and regulatory requirements. Ensure payroll calculations (e.g., salaries, bonuses, overtime payments, allowances, taxes, social security contributions, and other deductions) are processed correctly by the external vendor. Serve as the main point of contact (MPC) across the organization for all matters related to work schedules and attendance reports, including hours worked, shifts, absences, and overtime. Prepare monthly payroll estimates, forecasts, and related reports. Manage and track all types of employee leave, including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other statutory absences. Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records and data. Organize payroll documentation and ensure it is maintained and archived in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements. Support payroll-related reporting and assist during internal and external audits. Compile management reports related to payroll and workforce data. Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, benefits, taxes, and leave-related matters in a timely and professional manner. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration or a related field. 3+ years of Payroll experience. Fluent in English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP). Experience with local payroll software. Strong knowledge of employment, social security, and tax legislation. Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Efficient time management and proactive work ethic.
