As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across our Braga studio. You'll partner closely with Operations, HR, and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure roles are filled efficiently without compromising quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving recruiting challenges, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization and communication.

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring. - Experience recruiting across customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries. - Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent. - Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, international environment. - Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools. - Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insight throughout the hiring process.
