Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $117,485 - $156,318 per year. The full range is $117,485 - $211,605 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise. Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience delivering software solutions through the full development lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problems and drive work to completion. Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing. Experience with full stack development patterns and technologies such as React, RESTful design patterns, infrastructure as code, Postgres, NoSQL, and containerized and serverless architectures. Strong understanding of software development principles, system design fundamentals, and modern engineering practices. Experience evaluating technical solutions and contributing to architectural and design discussions. Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable, sustainable solutions. Results-oriented with a strong customer focus and commitment to delivering business value. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies, adopt evolving practices, and embrace change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
