Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between MX$1,030,100.00 - MX$1,370,000.00 per year. The full range is MX$1,030,100.00 - MX$1,855,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.

Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise. Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience. A true 'customer-first' mentality. Proven listening skills necessary to elicit and internalize customer feedback, needs, and motivations. Advanced communication skills; clearly and concisely communicate complex issues and technologies. A strong technical awareness necessary to understand customer technical requirements and distill into key takeaways. Ability to assess dynamic fast-changing situations and adapt as needed.
