Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to guide Tripledot Studios through a remarkable period of growth. This is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful work that will shape the future of our business, while also offering a platform for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including Studio and Sub-class P&L, revenue and gross margin analysis.
• Deliver accurate month-end close, including accruals, prepayments and recurring journals.
• Produce revenue share calculations with clear, commercial commentary.
• Produce monthly revenue share reports for senior leadership and external partners.
• Continuously improve month-end processes, controls and reporting quality.
• Deliver ad hoc flash reporting across revenue, margins and royalty trends.
• Provide clear insight into financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data accuracy and challenge assumptions.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to review performance and support decision-making.
• Communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
• Leverage systems and tools to improve reporting speed, accuracy and automation.
• Identify and implement process improvements across reporting.
• Support integration across finance and commercial systems.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven track record of delivering management accounts and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities

Good to have:

• Experience in Gamedev or another technology business.
• Experience with tools such as Xero, NetSuite, Power BI, Looker

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven track record in delivering management accounts and month-end close. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, alongside outstanding written and verbal communication in English. Experience in gamedev or technology businesses, and familiarity with Xero, NetSuite, Power BI, or Looker are a plus.
