About Lion Studios
We're looking for a Director of Studio Management to lead our global studio management team. The team currently has 10 managers who collectively partner with around 40 external studios. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Europe, reporting to the Senior Director of Publishing and Business Development. You'll be the bridge between our studio managers, cross-functional leads, and the finance and legal teams that keep our publishing department running.

- 7+ years in studio management, business development, or product/project management in mobile gaming, including 3+ years managing teams. - Track record building and managing external studios or developer relationships, ideally signing and keeping premium partners. - Hands-on experience with publishing contracts. - Experience overseeing game pipelines from concept to launch across multiple titles. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical people. - Comfort working with P&L, KPIs, and pipeline data, and the tools behind them. - Experience managing across regions, markets, and time zones. - Organized and analytical, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. - Good grasp of current trends and metrics in mobile gaming (Preferred). - Experience working with finance and legal teams in a publishing setting (Preferred). - Familiarity with portfolio or game-level P&L, including how costs are structured and attributed (Preferred). - Startup or high-growth experience (Preferred).
