The Strategy & Operations team supports strategic planning, business reporting, and executive-defined priority initiatives across a variety of business units at Twitch. As a member of the team, you will focus specifically on growth in our Ads business by delivering new strategic insights, recommendations, and ongoing operational support in partnership with our Twitch Ads Product and Amazon Ad Sales teams.
You will report to our Director of Strategy & Operations. You can work from San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Lead regular business reviews with senior executives, synthesizing inputs and conducting ad-hoc analysis. Act as Go-To-Market and operational lead for major sales initiatives, partnering with data and product teams. Collaborate closely and manage multi-team projects with ad sales, ads product, and other Twitch teams. Design, monitor, and analyze business reports and performance tracking dashboards. Represent the ads business in overall monetization plans, strategies, resource allocation, and goal setting. Present work, build consensus, and influence senior-level stakeholders. Possess 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business operations. Have 2+ years working in or supporting advertising businesses, including ad sales workflows, DSPs, and ad measurement. Ability to drive solutions to complex business problems with minimal direction. Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives with executive-level stakeholders. Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills. Experience and comfort working with technical product teams. Desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment. Bonus: MBA, experience with ad sales for digital content, video streaming, or OTT; experience with innovative ad supply generation or new ad demand channels.
