Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages
Develop and implement LQA test plans, workflows, and best practices
Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content
Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding LQA processes
Allocate resources effectively and maintain project schedules
Track and report on LQA progress, issues, and resolutions
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new LQA team members

Requirements

Proven experience in LQA, localization, or related fields, including leadership or coordination roles
Familiarity with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of linguistic nuances, cultural differences, and industry best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in game, software, or app localization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with automation tools for LQA is a plus
