
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join its team working on World of Warships (WoWS).In this role, you will contribute to WoWS’s success in China by effectively implementing live operation, production, content strategy, and the 3rd Party Publishing(3PP) brand guideline.
You will work closely with World of Warships franchise team and learn hands-on experience of partnership management as well as negotiation skills. This position will report to the Publishing Producer, China
Work with World of Warships China Product Team on all aspects of the live ops and production in China, to contribute to the content roadmap for WoWS China, proposing new content formats and ideas to keep publishing assets fresh and engaging, in line with the brand guideline
Work with Publishing Producer and Product Manager, China, to Support day to day partnership management with 360, coordinating messaging and creative direction across digital, CRM, and campaign contents
Coordinating communication and initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to review and proofread publishing/marketing assets
Work closely with the Global content team and external partners to check and tailor the content production in the early stage
Supporting and executing live operation, patch releases
Provide review reports for content production and source to identify key issues and potential risks
Travel occasionally (approximately 1-2 times per year) to meet with partners and attend business meetings
2~5 years’ experience in relevant fields such as Product management, Contents Management or Marketing in the gaming or relevant industries such as entertainment, media and platform
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced**,** changing, multicultural environment
Ability to understand different sets of product data to make a data-driven decision and strategy
Understanding of Chinese culture and cultural sensitivity to support licensing and content strategy
Business level in Chinese and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with local partners and regional teams and global teams
Eagle eye for content review
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, or relevant disciplines
Experience in 3rd Party Publishing Business model
Familiarity with Wargaming products
Hands-on Mobile app operation experience
Experience in product analytics such as tableau and google analytics
Business acumen to connect dots and synthesize information from various sources for holistic decision making
