Wildlife Studios' Marketing team is looking for a Social & Community Analyst to lead the Live Games social and community agenda, with strategic, creative, and analytical vision. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our social presence and community, connecting the voice of players directly to the product team and proving the business value of these actions even in a mostly organic scenario. This is an owner's seat: it requires autonomy to move between planning and execution, sharp prioritization, and the ability to back decisions with data.

- Plan and execute the social calendar and community initiatives - Manage all social and community platforms across games (Discord, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X) - Plan and execute community engagement activities in collaboration with the product team - Monitor and moderate content across all channels - Maintain the feedback loop between players and game team through reports, sentiment analysis, and direct communication - Measure and prove the business value of social actions, including organic attribution, cohorts, and sentiment reading - Coordinate external vendors and agencies (briefings, assets, mediation with internal art team) - Handle communications and posting - Support surveys and cross-functional initiatives - Maintain frequent interface with UA, Creative, and partner agencies - Solid experience with social media and/or community management, preferably in games or entertainment - Balance strategic vision, creativity, and data analysis - Analytical maturity to connect social to business outcomes beyond vanity metrics - Autonomy in planning and execution with strong prioritization skills - Real experience managing community (moderation, relationship-building, crisis management, looping in stakeholders) - Ability to coordinate vendors and agencies, briefing creative work clearly
