We’re hiring an Art Director to help shape the future of Magic’s collectible card experiences across Booster Fun and Secret Lair. This role sits within our established Collectibility Team, a group dedicated to crafting the most visually compelling, desirable, and unexpected versions of Magic cards. You’ll help bring alternate treatments of main set cards to life – Creating pieces that players don’t just use, but collect and treasure.
This is a role for a creative leader who thrives in both blue-sky ideation and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with senior art directors and cross-functional partners to develop concepts, define visual direction, and deliver standout collectible cards across multiple product lines. Your work will be seen, played, and collected by millions of fans around the world.
The ideal candidate is a culturally attuned visual thinker and continuous learner, with experience spanning fantasy illustration, graphic-forward design, and emerging visual trends. You’re excited by collaboration, energized by experimentation, and driven to push what Magic can look like.
