CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Audio Specialist to join our Video Post-Production team in Warsaw and help shape the soundscapes of our trailers, gameplay reveals, and many other marketing assets across our games and franchises.
In this role, you'll collaborate with Video Editors, Game Capture Artists, and Motion Designers to create high-impact promotional media that delivers memorable, immersive audio experiences for Gamers.
As an Audio Specialist, you'll combine your excellent mixing and mastering expertise with creative audio editing—using sound libraries, voiceover processing, and precise multi-format versioning—to shape the sonic identity of our video content across our IPs, helping create unforgettable trailer moments.
Daily Responsibilities
Audio Post-Production & Mixing – Perform final mixing and mastering for promotional video content across our digital platforms.
Creative Prototyping & Asset Creation – Support the video team with creative audio prototyping, sound design assistance, and custom asset creation for marketing campaigns, trailers, and teasers.
Dialogue Restoration & Editing – Clean, repair, and balance voiceovers and interview audio (including noise reduction and de-essing) using audio restoration software.
Localization & Conforming – Adapt and align multilingual voiceover tracks for global campaign trailers, ensuring seamless lip-sync and audio consistency across regional versions.
Asset Adaptation & Redesign – Re-edit, layer, and refine existing game audio assets and sound libraries to match precisely timed video edits and impactful trailer moments.
Technical Compliance & Audio QA – Ensure compliance with loudness standards (EBU R 128, ATSC A/85, ITU-R BS.1770) and deliver well-organized audio stems.
Professional experience in audio post-production (recommended: Specialist level, approximately 3+ years).
Proficiency in sound design for feature films, TV series, or comparable productions, with a strong understanding of how sound supports storytelling.
Strong knowledge of at least one major digital audio workstation (DAW) and industry-standard audio plugins.
Familiarity with the technical implementation of audio in video post-production workflows.
Experience managing professional or extensive sound libraries.

Estimated pay range for this position: 10 300 – 14 190 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
