Product Specialist/Manager

We’re looking for passionate, analytically strong Product Specialists and Managers who want to take ownership of designing, developing, and improving mobile games played by millions.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape product strategy, translate player insights into better experiences, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

We rely heavily on data, statistical thinking, and a deep understanding of game systems to guide our decisions. As we continue to challenge the Match-3 genre with our own approach, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging mechanics, improving user experience, and helping us build the next global success story in mobile gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Help to set the strategic direction for the games
• Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule
• Analyze the user data to make meaningful conclusions to developing the game and improve the user experience
• Work closely with development and design teams to execute the product roadmap
• Structure & run A/B tests and drive insights on game features
• Stay up-to-date with the mobile market, play and analyze mobile games, and share new insights with the team

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics
• Product management experience in the game industry 
• A good sense of gameplay experience and exceptional attention to details
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A team player who can easily manage a business with cross-functional teams
