We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruitment and HR operations across our regional entities (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, and Vietnam). This is a hands-on, foundational HR role suited to someone building their generalist experience, with exposure across the full employee lifecycle — from sourcing candidates through to onboarding and records management.
The role sits within a lean regional HR team and offers broad exposure to both talent acquisition and HR operations, with opportunities to take on more ownership as skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
About 5-8 years of functional HR experience with at least 3 years in recruitment, experience in hiring for software development and non-technology roles, post-secondary education (Bachelor's preferred), familiar with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and HRIS (e.g., ProSoft, Octomate, Bamboo HR), strong communication and stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented, proficient in Google Sheets, and comfortable leveraging AI tools for HR.
