Role Brief:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Employee Engagement intern to support employee onboarding, engagement initiatives, and internal HR programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA HR candidates to gain hands-on experience in employee experience, communication, event coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment to create a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Regular MBA in Human Resources.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship experience or academic project experience in HR, employee engagement, event coordination, or related areas will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including new joiner coordination, induction, and orientation activities.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs, events, celebrations, and monthly floor activities.
• Coordinate with internal team and external vendors for engagement events and related arrangements.
• Help create employee communication materials such as emailers, posters, presentations, and videos.
• Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and compiling insights.
• Support employee recognition and wellness initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain HR trackers, engagement dashboards, and reports to monitor participation and program effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of HR activities.
