We are seeking a Temporary Technical Communications Specialist to join our Communications and Engagement team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in SharePoint and ServiceNow integration, paired with an understanding of communications and employee engagement strategies. The successful candidate will help us revamp our SharePoint pages, which will serve as long-term libraries, assist in building a ServiceNow Portal to function as our intranet, and ensure that these tools align with our overall communications goals.

- Proficiency in SharePoint design and customization, experience with ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of integrating these tools. - Previous experience in a communications or engagement role, with the ability to translate technical solutions into impactful communication strategies. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical challenges. - Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members. - Preferred: Experience with other enterprise communication tools. - Preferred: Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. - Preferred: Knowledge of intranet best practices and employee engagement strategies.
