Requirements
- 3+ years of operational/practical experience in a corporate HR organization.
- Proficiency in handling numbers and data, with excellent Excel and document processing skills.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with related departments and team members.
- No disqualification for overseas business trips.
- Direct experience in operating compensation practices such as stock options, ESOP, and payroll (Preferred).
- High understanding of stock systems and knowledge of related laws (Preferred).
- Experience in HR work within a rapidly changing organizational environment like gaming or IT (Preferred).
- Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday and Quotabook (Preferred).
- No aversion to English communication for smooth collaboration with global studios (Preferred).
