Join Mistplay's Finance team as a Senior Accountant on a 5-month contract. This role is crucial for managing accounting, AR/AP, and financial reporting, contributing to process improvement within a fast-growing mobile loyalty platform.
Mistplay is the category creator and leader in the 'play-and-earn' mobile loyalty space, built to reward gamers for playing.
LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers. We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working with accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day finance operations.
You will join a collaborative Finance team during an exciting phase of growth and process development. Your contribution will help strengthen our finance operations while we continue to build and scale our internal financial organization.
You will play a key role in helping our Finance team manage accounting, controlling, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) activities while contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Register and maintain financial data within accounting systems.
Support accounting activities using QuickBooks and Fatture in Cloud.
Generate financial reports and assist with data analysis.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Reconcile financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Perform financial checks and controls to maintain the integrity of accounting records.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to improve processes and reduce operational workload.
Support ad hoc finance and controlling activities as required.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with transaction reconciliation, AR/AP management, and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
