Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Support user research for game players to uncover behaviors, habits, motivations, and experience needs. - Assist with diverse research methods including player recruitment, survey design/analysis, interviews, and playtest coordination. - Work with product development teams to provide professional user research insights and recommendations. - Stay informed on gaming trends, immerse in player communities, and contribute market insights. - Passionate about video games with a strong understanding of the North American gaming market. - Familiarity with PC shooters (e.g., Marvel Rivals) or MMORPGs (e.g., Where Winds Meet) with at least three months of experience. - Experience conducting surveys and/or user interviews. - Background in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, Statistics, User Research, Computer Science, or related disciplines preferred. - Available to intern at least three days per week for a minimum of three months (six months preferred). - Familiar with at least two AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) and understanding of their applications. - Flexible and dependable, able to adjust working hours for collaboration across China Standard Time (CST). - Fluent in English for interviews, discussions, and global team collaboration.
