The Senior Employee Relations Partner will be a key member of the People Experience team, providing hands-on and strategic support in handling workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and performance management. This role involves significant collaboration with Employment Legal, HR Business Partners, and client leadership to drive a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience responding to employee relations concerns in a HR environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in workplace investigations.
- Gaming or tech industry experience or working with creative groups is desirable.
- Certification in workplace investigations or membership in a workplace investigators association is beneficial.
