- A proven senior HR manager with extensive ER and HRBP experience in a matrixed, complex, global environment.
- Minimum 5 years management experience of leading teams at HR Generalist (PXC) and ER specialist level.
- Track record of influencing senior collaborators and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
- Process mapping, evaluation and system thinking mindset.
- High levels of data literacy and insight development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically and act operationally with a proactive, forward-looking perspective.
- Excellent communication skills with data driven impact analysis.
- Substantial cultural Change Management and HR project experience.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity with strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovative influencing skills.
- Commercial competence with a people-first, efficiency, and compliance-conscious approach.
