As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the technical direction for Roblox's compute fleet management across three pods, owning end-to-end compute capacity from provisioning to control planes and internal UIs. This deeply technical leadership role involves architecting declarative Kubernetes-style control planes, defining internal customer contracts, and driving strategy for self-serve capacity. You will centralize security, maintenance, and uptime for all Kubernetes clusters, ensuring compute supply and demand remain balanced at scale.
