**- PlayStation関連のテクニカル/ビジネス文書のトータルコーディネーションを行うグローバルな組織で、ライティング、校正、フォーマッティング、進捗管理、翻訳、パブリッシュ、サイトデザイン/ナビゲーション構築、閲覧傾向分析等の様々な関連業務を総合的に担っています。
- 外部ディベロッパー様/パブリッシャー様はあらゆる場面で我々の作成した文書を参照する機会があるため、ゲーム作成工程のエクスペリエンスに大きな影響を与える仕事です。
- 基本はテレワーク主体ですが、定期的に出社の機会もあり自主的な出社も可能です。オンラインミーティングは定例、定例外常時開催されるため常にチーム連携で業務を進行させている感覚があります。携わっているプロジェクトによっては海外出張もあります。
・AIの台頭で業務が様変わりしていく中、プロセスの大きな変革を行うプロジェクトをサポート&リードしていく人材を求めています。
**【職務内容】
**- AIを利用した、翻訳作業のドラスティックなプロセス移行マネジメント、新体制の確立
- 主に英→日言語方向のローカリゼーションを行う翻訳チームのマネジメント
- チームの進捗管理/タスクアサイン、状況によって自身も翻訳やチェック業務にあたる
- 翻訳の外注管理、レビュー管理（社内他部署）、原文作成者（英語ネイティブ）との交渉
- コンテンツによって翻訳原文から乖離/飛躍した日本語作文
- 取り扱う内容は、PSプラットフォームでゲームを作成、リリースする外部ディベロッパー様/パブリッシャー様向けのテクニカル/ビジネスコンテンツ（タイトルのローカライズではない）
- 上記文書の作成系業務に加えて、文書のQuality、Usabilityの改善活動
**■求める 実務経験・スキル
**【必須要件（MUST）】
- Change managementの経験
・ ツール導入や自動化で既存のオペレーションをドラスティックに変革した等
- AIを活用した翻訳の経験
・ 単にAIに翻訳させるだけでなく付随する工夫や技術的な解決方法の模索含め
- 翻訳に限らず日本語の精度を追求したライティングの経験
- チームマネジメントの経験
- チームのタスク管理、プロセス管理、プロジェクト管理
- ゲーム業界での経験、知識（development/publishing and etc）
- 英語スキル（目安：TOEIC800以上）、日本語ネイティブ〜
