About the Role
As an Economic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and balancing features, systems, and game content that will encourage the player to invest in a game to enhance his experience. You will work closely with designers, producers, engineers, and artists during the production, launch and live operations of games.

What you will do
Responsible for the planning, design, and optimization of economic and commercial systems.
Design rules and numerical systems related to in-game generation and consumption, as well as experience adjustments and optimizations
Responsible for data-related configuration, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other teams, including game design, programming, art, to ensure the implementation of designs on time and with high quality.
Analyze product data, user feedback, and competitor trends to continuously optimize and enhance the gaming experience.

What you will bring
Strong knowledge and experience with online/multi-player/social games or free to play games.
Solid experience with monetization, game balancing, social features, reward structure, viral aspects
High level of mathematical literacy combined with business acumen, and have a solid foundation in statistics.
Communicate clearly and efficiently, analytical thinking, problem solving mind-set
Experience in large DAU casual game is preferred
Communication in Chinese is a must
