Ubisoft is organized on an operating model that revolves around 5 Creative Houses bringing together franchises, studios, and teams with shared audiences, expertise and business ambitions. Each Creative House owns its creative vision, brand strategy, roadmaps, production decisions, and is accountable for the growth and performance of its portfolio. Creative Houses operate with strong autonomy within HQ-defined standards and governance.
The Product Counsel provides end-to-end daily legal support for HQ / group topics and global or cross-franchise initiatives. The role ensures consistent application of HQ governance, risk standards, and scalable legal practices across the organization.
Alongside the legal counsels embedded within each Creative House, Product Counsels handle deals and projects that don’t belong to a single Creative House: structuring commercial agreements, group-wide frameworks, and new strategic initiatives.
Product Counsel may also provide case-by-case overflow support to Creative House legal Counsels during peak periods or exceptional situations.
This position combines breadth, cross-franchise impact and hands-on deal work, with real room to shape the tools and precedents the whole team relies on.
