The position is based within Ubisoft Production HQ, the headquarters of Ubisoft's worldwide production network. Working closely with leaders, studios and teams around the world, Production HQ helps enable the creation and operation of high-quality player experiences through expertise, services and strategic support.
You will join Online Services – Live Services, a global organisation responsible for building and operating products, services and capabilities that support Ubisoft productions throughout the lifecycle of their games.
Within Live Services, our mission is to empower game teams to operate, engage and evolve their live experiences through scalable products, operational excellence and player-focused innovation.
This role is part of the Live 360 product suite, Ubisoft's ecosystem of products and services designed to support live operations, player engagement and content delivery across Ubisoft platforms.
As part of this ecosystem, you will lead a strategic portfolio of products focused on player communications and content engagement, including News Tool and related services. These products enable teams across Ubisoft to create, manage, target, publish and optimise communications delivered through in-game experiences, Ubisoft Connect, web and mobile channels, reaching millions of players worldwide
Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Ubisoft's Content & Player Engagement ecosystem within the Live 360 portfolio.
You will be responsible for evolving the products and services that enable internal teams to communicate effectively with players through targeted, scalable and measurable experiences.
Working closely with production teams, live operations, marketing, CRM, development, design, security, legal and analytics partners, you will identify opportunities, define strategic priorities and deliver innovative solutions that create value for both Ubisoft teams and players.
You will balance long-term product strategy with execution excellence, ensuring product investments are aligned with customer needs, business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Content & Player Engagement product portfolio.
- Align product objectives with Live Services and Ubisoft strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve player engagement, operational efficiency and content delivery capabilities.
- Communicate and evangelise product strategy across stakeholders and leadership teams.
Product Discovery & Customer Understanding
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, operational challenges and player communication needs.
- Conduct research, discovery activities and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Transform customer problems into outcome-driven product initiatives.
- Partner with UX and Design teams to ensure solutions remain user-centric and intuitive.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the prioritisation and evolution of the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define requirements, success criteria and business objectives for new product initiatives.
- Make informed prioritisation and trade-off decisions balancing customer value, business impact and technical considerations.
- Ensure alignment across multiple teams and manage dependencies proactively.
Product Performance & Growth
- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
- Measure adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Leverage product analytics, feedback and market insights to guide investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement through iterative product development and experimentation.
Content & Player Communication Ecosystem
- Lead the evolution of News Tool and associated communication capabilities.
- Drive improvements in content creation, publishing, localisation and operational workflows.
- Support the development of audience targeting, segmentation and personalisation capabilities.
- Expand and optimise communication channels across Ubisoft platforms, including in-game, Connect, web and mobile experiences.
- Enable teams to deliver relevant, timely and engaging player communications at scale.
Innovation & Future Growth
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve internal workflows and player experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of Live 360 as the central ecosystem for live services enablement.
- Ensure products remain scalable, sustainable and operationally efficient.
Required
- Significant experience in Product Management within software, platform, SaaS, live services or digital products.
- Proven experience owning products across the full lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong experience collaborating with engineering, design and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organisations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred
- Experience with content management platforms, communication products, CRM technologies or engagement platforms.
- Experience supporting live operations, gaming services or player-facing digital ecosystems.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and product analytics.
- Experience working with audience targeting, segmentation or personalisation capabilities.
- Understanding of AI-powered product opportunities and workflow automation.
- French language skills are a plus.
