Accessibility statement.

Our conformance target

ManaBoard targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across the public job board (www.manaboard.io). We treat this as an ongoing engineering practice, not a one-time audit.

What we do

• Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) run against our core pages — home, job search, pricing, sign-up, and this page — as part of our continuous test suite, so regressions are caught before they ship.
• We design for keyboard-only navigation with visible focus indicators, semantic headings and landmarks, and labeled form controls.
• Search results announce updates to assistive technology, and motion effects respect your reduced-motion preference.
• Our dark, high-energy visual style is tuned to meet AA contrast ratios — where brand color and readability conflict, readability wins.

Known limitations

Parts of the site are still being brought up to our target — notably some decorative text treatments and older pages. We track these internally with dated remediation entries and fix them in priority order.
