Our takedown commitment

If you are a rights holder (or an employer whose listing appears here) and want content removed or corrected, contact us at the address below. We aim to act on complete, legitimate requests within 72 hours, and usually much faster. You do not need a formal DMCA notice to ask us to remove your own company’s listings — an email from a company domain is enough.

Designated agent (DMCA)

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. §512 should be sent to our designated agent:

Our designated agent is registered and active in the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory (Registration No. DMCA-1078668, service provider ManaBoard LLC, covering manaboard.io and www.manaboard.io).

What a copyright notice must include

To be effective under §512(c)(3), your notification must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material on ManaBoard you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it (a URL is ideal).
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Please consider whether the material is fair use before filing. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice can create liability under §512(f).

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, your name, address, and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district in which ManaBoard may be found, if outside the United States), and your signature. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Trademarks and company logos

Company names and logos displayed alongside job listings are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the employer that published each listing, and their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement by those companies.

If you represent a company and want your logo or listings removed or changed, email dmca@manaboard.io — the same 72-hour commitment applies, and requests from a matching company domain are honored without further formality.
