Summary
We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our central production team, with a primary focus on video game production. This role will support multiple disciplines across the project, helping drive recording and shoot schedules, coordinate complex cross-team efforts, and ensure production milestones are met. A significant portion of this role will focus on planning and executing voiceover and performance capture shoots in close collaboration with creative, technical, and external partners.

Description
The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
- 5+ years of production experience in TV, film, or video game industries. - Proven experience scheduling and managing shoots and VO recording. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. - Strong communication skills and confidence working with creative, technical, and external partners. - Experience working within SAG talent guidelines. - Experience with production tracking tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence, Excel).
