This is a hybrid role, with a mandatory requirement to work from the office three days per week.

• Proven ability in crafting, assembling, and integrating test automation frameworks through popular tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestRail, API automation solutions). • Experience leading complex, multi-team testing initiatives in fast-paced agile environments. • Solid experience integrating automation within cloud-based CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). • Familiarity with database or microservices testing. • Experience with new technologies, such as AI/ML within projects. • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar. • Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership capacity, with the capability to guide and enhance the skills of team members. • Completion of a bachelor's degree in a technical area or an equivalent level of practical experience. • Willingness to travel if needed to offshore teams (approximately 5 days per year).
