- Demonstrated experience establishing, scaling, or leading finance teams or offshore finance operations within a complex multinational environment. - High business partnership skills. - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of relevant job experience. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with the capacity to handle several projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines. - Solid grasp of accounting concepts, outstanding communication abilities, and the capability to impact individuals across all levels. - Shown people leader, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. - Advanced MS-Excel skills and proficiency in MS-Word, PowerPoint, Concur, and Tally ERP. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Outstanding ability to adapt, prioritize, and multi-task with strategic, analytical, and planning skills.
