Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) supports the “Make” of the Global Supply Chain by, enabling new product launches, driving manufacturing excellence, and advancing factory capabilities through automation and continuous improvement. The department integrates Lean and Six Sigma practices, structured training systems, New Product Introduction (NPI) phase-gate processes, and smart factory technologies to improve productivity, quality, and scalability across operations. Through collaboration with design engineering, operations, and supply chain teams, AME ensures that manufacturing processes are efficient, standardised, and prepared to support both current production and future innovations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years hands-on industrial experience in manufacturing and repair process design. Demonstrated experience with lean manufacturing and operational excellence. Ability to develop data-driven root cause analyses. Excellent communication and project management skills. Willingness to travel upon business request. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Power BI, and Power Apps is highly desired. Solid financial and commercial manufacturing acumen. Creative capacity for process improvement. Hands-on technical problem solver.
