Sr Lead Animator

As a Sr Lead Animator, you will contribute significantly to our dynamic team. You will guide the production of seamless animations and promo videos that captivate audiences globally. What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate the development of high-quality animations and promo videos throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure consistency and quality of animations across projects, maintaining our world-class standards.
• Comprehend animation briefs and feedback swiftly, conceptualizing and producing outstanding animations.
• Handle animation tasks and contribute to building and maintaining creations, responding promptly to remote direction.
• Add customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept to post-production.
• Work closely with the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director/Lead to deliver high-quality animations for innovative gaming products.
• Conceptualize new animations in line with given briefs, continuously striving for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a commercial art environment using related programs/tools.
• Advanced understanding of 2D and 3D animation skills and principles.
• High proficiency in using key art packages and plugins such as Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
• Strong English communication skills with adaptive behavior.
• Motivated, self-organized, and responsible great teammate with a passion for crafting outstanding artwork.
• Flexibility in undertaking tasks and demonstrating integrity and organizational behavior.
