We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping us ensure the longevity and availability of CDPR games around the globe and across different platforms.
In this senior position you will own relationships: from identifying and shaping opportunities, through negotiations and execution, to long-term relationship/account management and performance evaluation.
This role will have a particular focus on tech collaborations, working with external partners on game projects, modding, designing and maintaining new revenue channels in line with CDPR’s company values.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, technologies and distribution channels that increase the reach, longevity and commercial performance of CD PROJEKT RED games.
Lead negotiations of complex commercial agreements, balancing financial outcomes with long-term strategic relationships and CD PROJEKT RED values.
Build and maintain relationships with sales partners, technology partners, development partners and other key stakeholders worldwide.
Drive technology partnerships related to game distribution, porting, platform integrations, modding ecosystems, UGC initiatives and other emerging digital services.
Evaluate and implement new revenue opportunities that align with player-first principles and sustainable business growth.
Identify and manage external game development, publishing and co-development initiatives from a business development perspective, coordinating external and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze business performance, market trends and partner KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Production, Community, Release Management and Franchise teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends and competitive landscape, translating market insights into actionable business opportunities.
Support strategic planning by preparing business cases, commercial forecasts and executive recommendations for senior leadership.
5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management or a similar commercial role within game-dev, technology or digital entertainment.
Strong understanding of the video game industry, including digital distribution, platform ecosystems, publishing models and live game-dev business.
Experience working with technology partnerships, platform holders or external game development partners or equivalent expertise.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, support developing financial models and assess long-term strategic value.
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret commercial data, identify trends and translate insights into business decisions.
Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both English and Polish.
Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Passion for video games and a deep understanding of player communities, gaming platforms and industry trends.
Understanding of modding, UGC platforms, creator ecosystems or digital marketplaces.

Estimated pay range for this position: 17 900 – 24 600 PLN gross monthly.
Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
