We’re looking for a Senior Video & Streaming Engineer to join CD PROJEKT RED’s Live Video team in Warsaw.
In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality video content promoting our games, the studio, teams, events, and representatives. You will be involved in studio operations, live streaming, virtual production, green screen workflows, asset management and post-production, helping us deliver professional video materials for both internal and external needs.
You will be responsible for maintaining and operating studio equipment, supporting recordings and live productions, maintaining reliable technical workflows, assisting with post-production tasks such as color grading, keying, tracking, final asset delivery, and introducing new solutions that improve the way we produce, stream, capture, and finish video content.
Responsibilities:
Setting up, maintaining, and improving video production systems, camera workflows, and streaming pipelines.
Operating broadcast systems, including camera switching and stream management.
Ensuring stable technical workflows for live production, recording, and streaming environments.
Working with cameras, broadcast tools, virtual production setups, green screen workflows, and related technologies.
Supporting post-production tasks such as color grading, keying, tracking, final asset delivery and archiving.
Supporting the implementation of new technologies that improve quality, reliability, and efficiency in virtual production and live streaming.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to video equipment, recording systems, streaming setups, and post-production workflows.
Staying up to date with new technologies connected to filming, streaming, virtual production, and video finishing.
At least 5 years of experience in video production, video technology, broadcast, streaming, or a similar field.
Excellent knowledge of broadcast and streaming systems, including tools such as OBS and Blackmagic ATEM.
Practical experience working with professional camera systems, including Blackmagic, Sony, or RED cameras.
Working knowledge of Unreal Engine in the context of virtual production.
Experience with green screen workflows, including setup, recording, and keying.
Good understanding of how a professional film set and broadcast studio works.
Readiness to learn and implement new technologies related to filming, streaming, virtual production, and video workflows.
Basic knowledge of macOS.
Great command of English.

Estimated pay range for this position: 14 800 – 20 400 PLN gross monthly.
Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
Type of contract: Employment Contract ("Umowa o pracę").
