As a forward-looking HR professional supporting this dynamic organization, you will serve as a business partner to senior leadership in Finance by developing and delivering integrated and inclusive HR Services such as: Strategy Development, Organization Design, Talent Management, Organization & Cast Effectiveness, Change & Transition Management and Functional HR Integration. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, HRBP.

The hiring range for this position in Lake Buena Vista, FL is $109,800.00 to $134,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

Minimum of 4+ years of progressively responsible human resources generalist or functional experience, including supporting executive-level employees. Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly assimilate new information. Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build trusted relationships. Excellent consulting and conflict management skills. Experience influencing senior executives without direct authority. Exposure to various HR facets including organization development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and/or compensation. Strong independent judgment for client needs and recommendations. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Co-pilot skills. Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification. Strong organizational, motivational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Strong team player in a matrixed environment. Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
