As a Quality Expert - Telemetry Lead at EA - KL (onsite in Malaysia), reporting to the Development Director, you will lead telemetry strategy and data frameworks across Apex Legends. You'll use AI and Machine Learning to transform data into applicable quality insights. Partnering with QV, Development, and LiveOps, you'll guide data-driven decisions and build scalable, intelligent quality systems.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in telemetry, data analytics, or quality technology leadership, leading data strategy at scale.
Experience building, evolving, and maintaining telemetry frameworks supporting quality and product insight.
Experience defining and implementing data instrumentation standards and telemetry pipelines in live or large-scale products.
Background in data analysis, automation, or AI/ML to allow predictive and prescriptive quality insights.
Experience mentoring others to develop technical and analytical skills.
Understanding of game development lifecycles, system architecture, and risk-based quality approaches.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalent visualization tools
Experience with CI/CD integration for telemetry pipelines
