- Solid experience in game art and game development, having shipped multiple game titles as an Art Director. - Proven experience in providing art direction, able to showcase and align with franchise leadership. - Solid experience in Map creation, collaborating across art, gameplay, and performance domains. - Strong storytelling capability under a consistent visual language, leveraging concept, 3D, lighting, VFX, and audio. - Ability to drive the cosmetic pipeline from concept, to 3D, animation, and integration. - Capable of providing timely and effective feedback to the art team, ensuring commitment execution and maintaining team health. - Fluent English skills for art presentations to both internal and external teams. - 10+ years in the game industry and 5+ years in senior roles (Art Director or Lead). - Team leadership experience, preferably with people management experience.
