We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Security CCTV Technician to join our team in Moreno, Argentina. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting our comprehensive security infrastructure while working collaboratively with facility and security teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and integrity of our physical assets through proactive monitoring, threat identification, and efficient system management.
Install, configure, adjust, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, fingerprint readers, and related security equipment with precision and attention to detail
Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and ticketing platforms to ensure optimal performance
Conduct regular audits of physical security infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and address discrepancies in a timely manner
Analyze security threats and risks, develop comprehensive mitigation plans, and recommend remedial actions to enhance system effectiveness
Document and report security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities to management with transparency and clarity, tracking status through their complete lifecycle
Collaborate closely with facility and security teams to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and maintain seamless security operations
Participate in internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and security investigations to ensure organizational standards are met
Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, system configurations, and security assessments for audit and compliance purposes
Research emerging security threats and alerts, staying current with industry developments to recommend innovative improvements
Audit and control access to security equipment and facilities, ensuring proper protocols are followed
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a Security CCTV Technician role or similar security systems position
Comprehensive knowledge of physical security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry-standard remediation techniques
General understanding and practical experience with networking concepts (A+ or Network+ certifications are highly preferred)
Proficiency in CCTV system installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex security system issues
Familiarity with access control systems, fingerprint readers, and integrated security platforms
Knowledge of security protocols, compliance requirements, and audit procedures
Secondary education or higher; technical certifications in security systems or IT are advantageous
Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Spanish language skills are beneficial for local operations
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and incident reports
High sense of responsibility, honesty, and integrity with a commitment to confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating resilience and decisiveness in fast-paced environments
Willingness to stay current with emerging security technologies and industry best practices
